Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Welcome to Modern Vocal Training. The following are our refund and withdrawal policies, which govern the contractual relationship between our company and our students.

Refund Policy:

All fees paid by the student, both the registration fee and the monthly subscription fees, are considered non-refundable. However, the option is offered to transfer these fees to the next session of the same course, in case of availability and prior agreement between the parties. The same will occur in the event that the student pays the full amount in advance.

Cancellation Policy:

- The student has the right to withdraw from participation in the course at any time, communicating this in writing to the company by sending an e-mail to connect@modernvocaltraining.com.

- In case of withdrawal, the student's access to the course content will be immediately suspended and he/she will be excluded from the corresponding group of students.

- If the student fails to pay the agreed monthly installments, the company will grant him/her a grace period of two months to regularize the situation. In case of non-compliance, access to the course will be suspended and the student will be excluded from the corresponding group of students.

- Should the student wish to re-enter at a later date, he/she must catch up with the outstanding fees up to the time of re-entry.
